This form is required to purchase tickets for Canassist Society's Northern Lights Charity Ball. This night of experiences under the Northern Lights will raise funds for seven incredible charities that work every day to empower and change the lives of vulnerable women and children in India.

Each admission ticket costs INR 9,000. A complete table consists of ten (10) tickets.
